(( The title says it all, this are Wendy's last notes in the Mainland before she came back to Neverland. Hope you enjoy it and forgive me if this sucks ))
[ Mainland Time, before going to Neverland ]
Dear notebook,
Today I was coming back home from school, oh my, you can’t imagine how awful it was, I can’t believe how people are so thinking about themselves that they’re forgetting in things that matter, like believing. I sometimes think people forgot how to believe, today a girl found me drawing a fairy, you can imagine what she said, I got really mad then. But that was not so relevant, coming back home I found a bunch of people looking at something, they were too many to watch so easily so I just had to sneak around, just to find that there was this man, Sinnity, Sinthinad, Sanibby, (something like that) looking for crew members.
Is weird, sailors don’t usually go to the seas at this time of the year.
[ Next day/night ]
Hello Notebook!
Guess what happened today? Well I was coming back home from school again and this time the street was a bit more clear and I could get in where those people were standing and I could found out more.
It’s a man called Sinbad.
It’s a man looking for something he shouldn’t.
It’s a man looking for Neverland.
Yes Neverland, that beautiful place of dream, I still remember the times I spent there. Magical is not enough to describe it. Beautiful is not that fair to specify it.
So, he’s looking for it, looking for members to control it, attack it, and get that land. I can’t let that happen! But most of the mainlanders seem intrigued by that land, I’m sure they will not stop him.
[ Next day/night ]
Hi.
Today I talked with my father about that man, Sinbad and what he attempts to do.
He didn’t listen; he doesn’t understand the lives that are in risk. He doesn’t know.
He doesn’t let me explain.
I asked him help to stop that man…
He doesn’t want to get involved, he doesn’t want me to talk about Neverland, wars, fairies, Peter Pan again, he thinks I’m just being childish. Maybe that’s why I haven’t been telling stories as much as before.
I don’t understand.
He doesn’t understand.
Peter once told me he would come back for more adventures.
He hasn’t come. And I won’t deny I miss him, Tink (even if she rather pull my hair), and well Neverland itself.
Times like this I wish I could simply fly away and don’t look back. Am I going to stay in here?
Answer:
No
[ Note that Wendy wrote to her father ]
Hello father,
I leave you this note to let you know, you don’t have to worry… since you don’t want to listen, but I’m not like you. You don’t understand what’s and how’s Neverland or their people. I’m not going to stay here knowing there’s a man out there taking over that free land.
Don’t be afraid.
Watch the second star to the right and wait until the morning.
Wendy.
